My Approach
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Health at Every Size (HAES)/Intuitive Eating therapist, I take an evidence-based approach to my practice as I strive to help individuals learn how to manage emotional distress, reduce negative automatic thinking and anxiety-driven behaviors, and heal/neutralize their relationship with food and their bodies.
I work with individuals 18+ in the state of Oregon who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, persistent dieting, compulsive exercise, various anxiety disorders, and life transitions.
I aim to not only guide clients along their path of healing by creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space, but I also equip them with a variety of skills that allow them to navigate life with more ease and fulfillment. I’m glad you’re here!
Accessible Therapy
At this time, my sessions will be held via telehealth using SimplePractice, but that is always subject to change in the future!

I am currently credentialed with Regence BCBS, and MODA and considered out of network with all other insurance providers. Before we set up an appointment, please reach out to me to talk more about your insurance coverage, and we will discuss fees. Your out of pocket cost will depend on your individual plan's co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible.
If am not in-network with your insurance provider, you may have out-of-network benefits that can reimburse a portion of therapeutic services. When using out-of-network benefits, you are responsible for the full session fee at the time of your appointment. I am happy to provide you with a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note, a super-bill is not a guarantee of reimbursement.
Fees are subject to change on a yearly basis.
